I am the second owner; I bought the truck from Michael Holley Chevy dealership in Lakeland in 2005 with 7,000 miles on it. First owner had for 9 months; turned it in for a larger truck.
In the last 2 years (20,000 miles), the following maintenance has been completed, in addition to standard oil changes every 6,000 or so miles:
4 New Firestone Destination LE tires (rated 60,000 miles)
Replaced front brake rotors and brake pads (5,000 miles ago)
Cleaned and adjusted rear brake drums (Same time as front brakes)
Replaced serpentine belt
New driver's side power window motor & lift
Replaced air conditioning blower motor resistor and wiring harness
New spark plugs
New fog lamps
Replaced "Fuel Pressure Vapor Sensor"
New fuel filter
Cleaned fuel and induction system
Replaced Thermostat and housing
Small "chips in paint near driver's door and tailgate (see pictures below)
Bed of the truck has a small ding under the driver's side tail light
Driver's seat power adjustment bezel (broken clip - I have ordered this part from Chevy and will replace when it arrives)
Driver's seat back recliner button cover - missing (also ordered and will replace when it arrives)
Front Passenger seat has very small "crack" in leather seat (see picture)
Folding tonneau bed cover has two small holes (see picture)
Carpet under center dashboard has stains from soda spill
The only outstanding mechanical need is to have the left outer-tie rod replaced (Firestone quoted cost: Under $200) I have noticed no adverse effects on truck's operation.
Additionally, the radio is spotty in picking up FM stations. Not sure of cause (I plug in my phone and stream music, so it's never been a problem to me).
